We ship all orders from Sydney via Australia Post Express.

All in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day (excluding public holidays). In rare cases, dispatch may take up to 2 business days — we’ll notify you by email if that happens.

Estimated Delivery Times

    • 1–2 business days to major cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra)
    • 2–3 business days to Perth and Hobart
  • 2–5 business days to regional or remote areas

Free Shipping

We offer free express shipping on all orders over $149.

Orders placed before 2–3 PM Sydney time on a business day are shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email titled “Your order has shipped!” from us.

You can also track your parcel directly at auspost.com.au.

If you don’t see tracking updates for more than 7 business days after dispatch, or if you haven’t received your order within 15 business days, please contact us at [email protected].

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can make changes only if the order has not yet been shipped.

Once shipped, you’ll need to return the package before a refund can be issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.

For orders over $250, a signature is required on delivery.

If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to resolve the issue, but reshipping fees may apply.
