We at ozvapeshop offer a couple of shipping options to our customers. The shipping method you choose does not affect how fast your orders get processed. We try to ship all in-stock orders on the next business day ( Statutory Holiday excluded). In some situations however it may take up to 2 days to process and ship your order. If this is the case we will let you know by e-mail before we process your order.
Delivery typically takes about 2-5 business days depending on your location. We use express post to ship to New Zealand.
Our packages are packaged discreetly for your security. Back order items will ship as soon as they come back in stock. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout page.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders in on orders over $99 or more. We use Express post for our Free Shipping option. Any orders made before 3:00 PM EST will be shipped on the same day.

We process in-stock orders everyday, 7 days a week, unless on an Holiday. Delivery takes about 2-6 business days depending on your location.
Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following day. CARRIER RESTRICTIONS
express post does not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays.
Normally the shipping time takes 1-3 business days via express post if you live in the major cities: Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Hobart, Brisbane, Adelaide, Darwin.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we create your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject “Your order has shipped!” is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your email’s “spam” folders if you did not receive a tracking number. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Order changes or cancellations are possible. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you must return the package to us prior to receiving a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.
